Limitation of Liability and Limitation on Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinic-School Press, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the purchase, access, or use of its products or services. Except in cases of willful misconduct, the publisher’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.
Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clinic-School Press, LLC from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the products or services. Such misuse includes misrepresentation of credentials or violation of ethical practice pertaining to Professional Verification A and B confirmed by the customer.
Limited License and Use
Purchase of materials grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for the purchaser’s own professional purposes and only in the manner
expressly authorized at the time of purchase. According to these Terms and Conditions, the license is limited in scope and duration to the specific use and time interval stated for the product.”. Unless expressly permitted in writing, the license does not allow photocopying, scanning, reproduction, sharing, resale, lending, posting, or digital distribution of manuals, answer forms, printed books, e-books, scoring materials, or electronic files. Sharing of materials beyond the authorized user, use, quantity, or time interval is prohibited.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that ownership of the materials is not transferred and that all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Clinic-School Press, LLC.
